The client was managing 800+ orders per month using manual spreadsheets and email. Data entry errors were common, and staff were spending 15+ hours a week just copy-pasting data between systems. They were unable to scale because their back-office was overwhelmed.
The Solution
We re-engineered the workflow. We developed a custom integration that connected their website directly to their Warehouse/Accounting software and production planning. We automated the invoicing process and set up alert triggers for low stock as well automating Bill of Materials generation.

The Solution
