What counts as support?
Anything that keeps you working: fixes, questions, changes, "can you just…" requests. If something needs a bigger project, we'll quote it separately and honestly.
Can we change tier?
Any renewal, or mid-term by agreement. Most clients start where they are and grow into the next tier.
What if we already have some IT arrangements?
We work alongside what exists and consolidate only where it saves you money or risk. Nothing gets ripped out on day one.
How fast do you respond?
Essential: same week. Business and Managed: priority — urgent issues jump the queue, and Managed clients get direct access.
Monthly or annual?
Both. Annual billing locks your rate and adds one month free.
